This course is held by Prof. Guo S.J.(Department of Civil Engineering) and Prof. Lin M.C.(Department of Law), in order to provide a selective course for undergraduates from the Department of Civil Engineering or Law.This course will involve cross-field learning between construction engineering and law, as well as introducing the basic concept in these fields. |

This course is designed for both departments’ students, and will focus on construction law, which includes:
Construction Act,
Construction Industry Act,
Government Procurement Act,
Act for Promotion of Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects,
Urban Renewal Act
Contract Law(especially in Hire of Work of Civil Code) |

課程要求 |
The course will be proceeded by lectures from both professors, and students will have few assignments and a final examination. The attendance, assignments and participation in class will also be considered as parts of final result. |
